Whats going on behind our backs?

The project aims to draw attention to the privatisation of our cities and urban landscape. Unique and historical architecture is knocked down around us only to be replaced by one generic structure after another. Taking influence from the billboard campaigns of the Docklands Community Poster Project, this large scale cyanotype mixes digital imagery with traditional photographic processes to signify the new encroaching on the old, dominating the landscape, destroying the idea of public space as regeneration means the UK is sold off inch by inch to the highest bidder.
